We commemorate Friday the 13th with workouts that will take you through 13 rounds. As usual, you have two levels of workouts to choose from.
The four movements included in today’s circuit require only a pair of dumbbells and incorporate a balance of pushing, pulling, upper body, core, and lower body, which is sure to get your heart rate up early and often. By design, the reps for each movement are manageable, with the intent to move from one to the next as quickly as possible, with the reward of a 60s rest between each round. Be sure to choose a dumbbell weight that allows you to perform each set unbroken. Keep your effort high as you flow through the four movements, recover as much as possible during your 60 seconds of rest, then repeat for 13 rounds!
