Get Those Abs: May 6 Friday Workout

Hello Team! This week is a great week to focus on the core because it is the first week of May (hey, it is as good a reason as any).

This 15-minute circuit of smiles consists of both core exercises and heart-rate-elevating exercises. Try to make each repetition as beautiful as possible and take your time. If you want to spice it up, simply increase your pace and pick up the tempo. As always, rest as needed, but I have built in a brief rest period at the end of each round.
