Is the sunshine calling you? This workout combines a short distance run and simple bodyweight movements that can be performed anywhere the sun takes you! It’s best to perform this somewhere that has both a place to do the bodyweight movements as well as a place to go for the run. A park, a track, or the block around your neighborhood are all the equipment you need to get into shape and enjoy the sun.
Ways to scale:
- If you can’t perform a push-up, drop your knees to the floor.
- If you can’t perform all reps of a movement, you can shorten the number of reps as necessary and move on.
- If you can’t run for the full distance, feel free to jog or walk.
Remember, you can always pause and take a breather!
