A-lot-a-Tabata: April 15 Friday Workout

Today’s Friday Workout is short and sweet, totaling 480 seconds of actual work. That’s only eight minutes. Easy, right?

Not so fast.

Today, there are three exercises total, all Tabata style. You’ll have 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, working through eight rounds of the same exercise. The number of reps you can fit into each 20-second round is up to you. I’ll grant you two minutes of rest between each Tabata. The exercises are squats, push-ups, and V-ups.
